SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer free shipping on all our products currently sold online. We generally ship USPS priority for all our products. We will notify you directly if another shipping method makes sense. We also offer in store pick-up at our shop in San Clemente.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unless otherwise stated, we only ship in the USA. Of course in some cases we can make exceptions. Please contact us before you make a purchase and let us know your shipping destination.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Online we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Expresss. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Of course. Brawnerboards.com is a fully secured site covered by all standards warranties and safeguards. Your transaction is safe with us. 

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope. However you’re able to make an account for yourself to make future purchases easier.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will email you with tracking information when we ship your item. If you don’t receive an email please contact us and we’ll locate your shipment.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact us for authorization and instructions for all returns, refunds, or exchanges. Apparel purchased within 30 days with a receipt may be returned or exchanged. No refunds or returns on custom surfboards will be accepted. We insure all of our surfboard shipments against damage that may occur in transit.
